WHO CREATES THE ACTUAL ARTWORK?
PHILIP ALLEMAN is a prolific independent Abstract and Pop Artist who uses numerous painting techniques to create the wide variety of one-of-a-kind artwork shown on this website. Each unique work of art is designed to inspire collectors around the globe.
WHAT IS AN ORIGINAL PAINTING?
All Original Fine Art Paintings are created by PHILIP ALLEMAN and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Enjoy the richness of materials used and the variety of colors, textures, and shapes inherent in these one-of-a-kind pieces. All Original Paintings are pre-wired and ready to hang. There is no framing needed since all Original Paintings have painted edges. Original Painting surfaces can be any of the following materials:
Gallery Wrapped Heavy Duty Canvas substrate mounted over a 1.5” wide wooden stretcher frame
Back-Stapled Traditional Canvas substrate mounted over a 0.75” wide wooden stretcher frame
Solid Wood Cabinet Door Panels
Original paintings are hand signed on the front of the canvases when the paintings are designed to be hung in either a landscape or portrait orientation. Whereas original paintings are hand signed on the edge of the canvases when the paintings can be hung in any direction, which allows collectors the flexibility to hang the artwork in any desired orientation.
WHAT IS A CANVAS PRINT (GICLÉE)?
Premium Canvas Photographic Prints are produced by the giclée process, in which high-quality digital prints are created using a high-end ink-jet printer. Giclée printing on canvas captures the essence of the original artwork, enabling art enthusiasts, collectors, and galleries to experience and appreciate the beauty and intricacy of PHILIP ALLEMAN’s artwork.
With giclée printing on canvas, the archival pigment inks are meticulously applied to an acid free, lignin free heavyweight cotton-poly blend exhibition matte canvas substrate resulting in vivid, pure color and exceptional detail that is suitable for museum or gallery display. This elegantly textured canvas with a 395 gsm weight and a 23 mil thickness features a matte non-reflective surface with a bright white point, exceptionally high Dmax and wide color gamut. The canvas base is enhanced with elastic polymers providing high tensile strength and flexibility for gallery wrap stretching without cracking.
