BLUEPRINT TO BIKINI BOTTOM -PRINT
The Artist drew inspiration for this piece of art from the beloved cartoon characters of the television series called SpongeBob SquarePants, which Stephen Hillenburg began developing into a television series in 1996 and pitched to Nickelodeon in 1997. Not only is SpongeBob SquarePants the fifth longest-running American animated series, but also the highest rated series to air on Nickelodeon starting back in 1999.
Although over seven hundred fifty characters appeared throughout the program, the Artist featured some of the most iconic characters in the form of a technical blueprint composition beneath the assemblage of the colorful main characters above it. All expressive cartoon characters have been carefully arranged in this unique collage format.
